I've spent about ten years building production systems where data, models and money meet: ML platforms and feature stores, real-time pipelines, recommender systems, forecasting, computer vision and NLP, and market-making infrastructure at a crypto trading fund.

These days I focus on agentic systems: making LLM agents reliable, observable and affordable in production. This blog is my working log of that path.
